How It Works
Project Specification
Our process begins with a face to face meeting or a video call to gain a secure understanding of what the client’s vision for the outcome of the project is. Following that, we complete a full survey of the existing systems – either on-site or using drawings and system characteristics provided – to determine exactly what is required in order to achieve the client’s wishes.
Proposal Submission
We then submit a full proposal including data sheets of proposed products and specific programming characteristics, along with a full breakdown of the quotation by area or circuit.
Installation Completion
On acceptance, our design team begins work on the system and populates CAD drawings ready for the installation team. The installation is then completed to the highest of standards by our team and the client is kept informed of weekly/daily progress by the Project Manager.
Ongoing Support
On completion, a full pack of ‘as built’ drawings are then issued to the client and any ongoing support is provided. We have successfully completed a number of major projects throughout Europe, from complete lighting refits with advanced control systems to simple, single area projects. Lumacon offers a truly flexible solution.

We can assist with complete initial system programming to minor changes completed remotely or onboard throughout a range of boats, including Lutron, Creston, VIMAR, DMX, DALI, 0-10V, 1-10V systems, to assist you in day-to-day running.
